The thing they say to us the most is 'Thank you' ! Our job is a fabulous one, we get to work with people enjoying the happiest day of their lives, but with over a hundred guests to look after nothing can be missed. We pride ourselves that we have a great team working at Grafton and we have hundreds of letters from clients to say how delighted they have been with the service that we provide.

We have even had an e mail sent to Charlie (Stephen's dog) to thank him! He sits in on all the planning meetings looking adorable - the dog, not Stephen!
